CoyoteWhiskers: Predator Deterrent Accessory

***Note: Assembly required.***

Designed specifically for use with CoyoteVest or SpikeVest products.

CoyoteWhiskers are lightweight, colorful nylon bristles designed to intimidate predators by making your pet look like a difficult, "high-risk" target rather than an easy meal.

Key Features

  • Visual Deterrent: Bright bristles mimic natural defense mechanisms to discourage attacks before they happen.

  • Physical Irritant: While flexible and safe, the bristles are stiff enough to irritate an attacker’s eyes and mouth, making it difficult to bite down.

  • Lightweight & Safe: Does not impair pet mobility and is not dangerous to humans or pets.

  • Easy Attachment: Secures firmly to the top of the vest using Velcro.

Sizing & Ordering

  • Universal Fit: One size fits all (Mini, X-Small, Small, and Medium vests).

  • Standard Set: Sold in a set of 4.

  • Replacements: Single whiskers are available for SpikeHarnesses or to replace lost/damaged units.

Assembly Information

The CoyoteWhiskers come as a kit and require roughly 20 minutes to assemble. The process involves feeding the bristles into specialized cups that hold them in place.

The nylon is stiff enough to stand up straight, but light enough that my dog doesn't even seem to notice them. Felt a bit more at eas

The colorful nylon bristles are super visible from a distance, which gives me real peace of mind on our evening walks. They clipped onto the vest easily enough once I figured out the assembly, and so far they’ve held up through some rough brush without any fraying.

Went on a dusk walk with my dog and for once the strays kept their distance—the bright nylon bristles really catch the eye from a distance. They're featherlight, so I barely notice them clipped on, and the assembly took me under five minutes with a bit of patience.
