The studs are spaced close enough that I can feel the protection without it looking like something out of a punk concert. My 10-pound pup walks taller on this leash and the leather already smells rich, not cheap. Worth every penny for peace of mind on our morning walks.

The 3/8" studs are solid and spaced well enough that the collar doesn’t look like a weapon, but it’s still clearly tough. Fits my 14-pound terrier snugly without sagging, and the leather’s got a nice stiffness that holds its shape. Only wish the buckle had one more hole for a truly custom fit.
